# Tokenomics

1. **Focus-to-Earn & Staking:** Engage in focus-building exercises, meditations or guided focus sessions, to stake and earn $OMF tokens. Token penalties and rewards will be leveraged to incentivize and motivate user engagement and productivity.
2. **Premium tools:** Use tokens for advanced / premium features.
3. **Fair launch:** on Virtuals platform with founder/team tokens locked in Virtuals vault for 6mo's.
4. **Community Support:** Stake tokens to support initiatives and research addressing the global attention and mental health crisis.
5. **Mental Health Impact:** A portion of all transactions will be directed toward funding mental health awareness programs and tools that help people regain control over their focus and emotional well-being.
